AC Bouarfa

AC Bouarfa was one of two clubs from Algeria that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to AC Bouarfa, 171 other teams from 28 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof AC Bouarfa could be found in Group 9 together with Eskilstuna City FK, MTV Treubund Lüneburg and BK Höllviken 2. AC Bouarfa continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against SKF Latvia with 0-6. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over SKF Latvia and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. AC Bouarfa also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against J-L Juniors with 5-7. AC Bouarfa comes from Blida which lies approximately 2500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than AC Bouarfa, the club Galaxy Football Club does also originate from the area around Blida.
