FBK Karlstad

FBK Karlstad was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to FBK Karlstad, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof FBK Karlstad could be found in Group 8 together with FC Rastede eV, Scandia United SA DK and Cap Jeune 31. FBK Karlstad continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Märsta IK with 1-4. In the Final, Kharis Sports Academy won over Greengen FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. FBK Karlstad also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/64 Final in B18 Play off B, but lost it against SSC Hagen Ahrensburg with 1-3. FBK Karlstad comes from Karlstad which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Karlstad does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Hertzöga BK, IFK Skoghall, IFK Ölme, Karlstad BK, Idrottsklubben Carlstad, Norrstrands IF and IFK Kristinehamn).
