In addition to NCF Elites, 154 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 38 different groups, whereof NCF Elites could be found in Group 17 together with KL Youth Soccer, V. Frölunda IF 2 and IFK Hässleholm 1. NCF Elites continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gauldal Fotballklubb with 1-3. In the Final, BK Häcken 1 won over Russell Martin Academy and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13.
