Galatasaray Lisesi

Galatasaray Lisesi was one of two clubs from Türkiye that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Galatasaray Lisesi, 58 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof Galatasaray Lisesi could be found in Group 7 together with Orust FC, Torsby IF, Typhoon FC and IK Gauthiod. Galatasaray Lisesi continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Enskede IK with 0-8. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over Ope IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18. Galatasaray Lisesi comes from istanbul which lies approximately 2200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
