Special Olympics Germany

Special Olympics Germany was one of 56 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Gothia Special Olympics Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Germany, 29 other teams from 14 different countries played in Gothia Special Olympics Trophy. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Special Olympics Germany could be found in Group D together with Trollenäs IF, Special Olympics Cyprus, Långared BoIS and Special Olympics Belgium. Special Olympics Germany comes from Berlin which lies approximately 590 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Berlin does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Mahlsdorf-Waldesruh, B-W, BSV Eintracht Mahlsdorf and Dänischenhagen/Kiel, MTV).
