Fanna BK

Fanna BK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Fanna BK, 88 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Fanna BK could be found in Group 12 together with Hovås-Billdal IF, FC USA International and Sotra Sportsklubb. Fanna BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Express de Boucherville with 4-5. In the Final, Jitex Mölndal BK won over Triangelns IK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Fanna BK also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in G15 Play off B, but lost it against Bergnäsets AIK with 1-4. Fanna comes from Enköping which lies approximately 360 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Enköping does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Skultuna IS, Håbo FF, Västerås BK30, Västerås IK, Upsala IF, Skiljebo SK, Unik FK, Jäders IF, Västerås SK Fotboll and IFK Västerås FK).
