Lindsdals IF

Lindsdals IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Lindsdals IF, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Lindsdals IF could be found in Group 6 together with Peamount United F.C., Sandåkerns SK and Älta IF. Lindsdals IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Tromsø IL with 0-3. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Lindsdals comes from Kalmar which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kalmar does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Hossmo BK, Glömminge/Algutsrum IF, Mönsterås GoIF, IFK Kalmar, Färjestadens GoIF, Nybro IF, Kalmar FF and IFK Berga).
