Södra Sandby IF

Södra Sandby IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Södra Sandby IF, 94 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 23 different groups, whereof Södra Sandby IF could be found in Group 17 together with RKV, Kållered SK and Stabæk Fotball. Södra Sandby IF made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 17. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against KFV Segeberg, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Södra Sandby IF won the entire Play off A in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2019. Södra Sandby comes from Södra Sandby which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
