FC Tiigrid

FC Tiigrid was one of 6 clubs from Estonia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to FC Tiigrid, 162 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof FC Tiigrid could be found in Group 38 together with Swindon Town FITC Black, FC Bellevue 1 and Kungsbacka IF 1. FC Tiigrid continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 38. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against FC Bellevue 3 with 1-4. In the Final, Ordin FC won over FC Saint Cloud and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. FC Tiigrid comes from Tallinn which lies approximately 760 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tallinn does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (FC Ajax - Tallinn, Nömme United FC and Harju Jalgpallikool).
