Jef United Chiba

Jef United Chiba was one of four clubs from Japan that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). In addition to Jef United Chiba, 15 other teams from 6 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Jef United Chiba could be found in Group 4 together with Pallokerho Keski-Uusimaa, Eskilstuna United DFF and Kvarnsvedens IK. Jef United Chiba continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Minnesota Thunder Academy with 1-2. In the Final, Minnesota Thunder Academy won over NorCal Premier PDP and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). The area around does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (ASLJ FC and Higashiyama Highschool).
