TuS Schwachhausen

TuS Schwachhausen was one of 56 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to TuS Schwachhausen, 58 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof TuS Schwachhausen could be found in Group 12 together with IFK Kalmar, Tyresö FF and Torslanda IK. TuS Schwachhausen continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lillehammer KFK with 0-4. In the Final, KFV Segeberg won over Ope IF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18. TuS Schwachhausen also participated in Girls 18 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/32 Final in G18 Play off A, but lost it against Nittorps IK with 0-5. Schwachhausen comes from Bremen which lies approximately 550 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bremen does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (SG Findorff, ATS Buntentor, JFV Aller-Weser, TSV Farge-Rekum, TSV Grolland, TSV Uesen, JSG TSV Bassum/TVE Nordwohlde and ATSV Scharmbeckstotel).
