In addition to NSA, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof NSA could be found in Group 27 together with InterClubes, Oskarshamns AIK and Stenkullen GoIK. NSA continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms IF Vit with 0-3. In the Final, DJK Arminia Eilendorf won over Helium FA and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. NSA also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/64 Final in B14 Play off B, but lost it against IF Brommapojkarna BP04-23U with 0-3.
