Einherji

Einherji was one of 10 clubs from Iceland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Einherji, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Einherji could be found in Group 19 together with Storfors AIK, Lyn Fotball and Stångebro United. Einherji continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Djursholm with 1-4. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. The area around does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Stjarnan, Breidablik, Fylkir, RKV, FH, Keflavik, KA, FC KR and Volsungur).
