In addition to the two Keflavik teams, 220 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Keflavik 2 could be found in Group 43 together with Storfors AIK, IFK Skövde Vit and Winchester College. Keflavik 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 43. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Reading Rage with 0-1. In the Final, DJK Arminia Eilendorf won over Helium FA and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Keflavik also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/64 Final in B14 Play off A, but lost it against Lyn Fotball with 1-3.
