Nybro IF

Nybro IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Nybro IF, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Nybro IF could be found in Group 8 together with DJK Roland Köln-West, Tataouine and IFK Osby. Nybro IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Preußen Espelkamp with 0-3. In the Final, Stjarnan 1 won over IFK Haninge and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Nybro comes from NYBRO which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around NYBRO does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Hossmo BK, Emmaboda IS, IFK Kalmar, Färjestadens GoIF, Lindsdals IF, Kalmar FF and IFK Berga).
