SA United SC

SA United SC was one of 50 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to SA United SC, 171 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof SA United SC could be found in Group 5 together with Lørenskog IF 1, Newbridge Town and Tidaholms GIF. SA United SC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against BK Höllviken 2 with 5-7. In the Final, Phoenix Football Club won over Beirut FAC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. The area around does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Fredericksburg FC and Lake Norman).
