SG Findorff

SG Findorff was one of 56 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to SG Findorff, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof SG Findorff could be found in Group 25 together with Lifezone Cape Town, La Bandita De La Perez and Team Ted FC. SG Findorff continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Strindheim IL with 0-3. In the Final, Sävedalens IF won over Tidaholms GIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. SG Findorff comes from Bremen which lies approximately 550 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bremen does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (ATS Buntentor, TSV Farge-Rekum, TSV Grolland, TuS Schwachhausen, TSV Uesen, JSG TSV Bassum/TVE Nordwohlde and ATSV Scharmbeckstotel).
