Nazarenos

Nazarenos was one of five clubs from Portugal that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Nazarenos, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Nazarenos could be found in Group 6 together with La Academia FC, IFK Vaxholm and Hisingsbacka FC. Nazarenos continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against IK Kongahälla with 0-6. In the Final, Stjarnan 1 won over IFK Haninge and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Nazarenos comes from Nazaré which lies approximately 2500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
