Lommedalens IL

Lommedalens IL was one of 61 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Lommedalens IL, 94 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 23 different groups, whereof Lommedalens IL could be found in Group 15 together with BK Häcken, Stjarnan 1 and FK Karlskrona. Lommedalens IL continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Rynninge IK with 0-6. In the Final, Lillestrøm SK won over Rynninge IK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 14. Lommedalens comes from Lommedalen which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Lommedalen does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Nesodden IF, Lyn Fotball, Bødalen IF, KFUM - Oslo, Stabæk Fotball, Ski Fotball, Gjelleråsen IF, Lambertseter IF, Lørenskog IF and Snarøya Sportklubb).
