In addition to the two Stjarnan teams, 220 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Stjarnan 1 could be found in Group 35 together with Vikingstad SK, Vänersborgs FK and Åhus Horna BK. Stjarnan 1 made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 35. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Haninge, which they won with 3-0. Thereby Stjarnan 1 won the entire Play off A in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2019.
