Arnäs IF

Arnäs IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Arnäs IF, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Arnäs IF could be found in Group 7 together with Torna Hällestads IF, AIK FF and Cadamu GDL. Arnäs IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds IF with 1-3. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over Sundsvalls DFF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Arnäs comes from ÖRNSKÖLDSVIK which lies approximately 720 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Arnäs IF, the club Friska Viljor FC does also originate from the area around ÖRNSKÖLDSVIK.
