V. Ingelstad IS

V. Ingelstad IS was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to V. Ingelstad IS, 162 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof V. Ingelstad IS could be found in Group 25 together with Holmalunds IF, DKI Jakarta and Mahlsdorf-Waldesruh, B-W. V. Ingelstad IS continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Angered MBIK with 0-2. In the Final, LAZ Stockerau won over Jönköpings Södra IF Grön and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 12. V. Ingelstad IS comes from Västra Ingelstad which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Västra Ingelstad does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Dalby GIF, Staffanstorps United, Kulladals FF, Svedala IF, FC Staffanstorp, IF Lödde, Lunds BK, LB07, Lindeborgs FF 1948 and IFK Klagshamn).
