Fortuna FF

Fortuna FF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Fortuna FF, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Fortuna FF could be found in Group 31 together with Kinna IF, VfL Westercelle and Stars'n Stripes. Fortuna FF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Bergums IF with 0-3. In the Final, Stjarnan 1 won over IFK Haninge and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Fortuna comes from Helsingborg which lies approximately 200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Helsingborg does also provide 15 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Hittarps IK, Borstahusens BK, Munka-Ljungby IF, Helsingborgs IF, IF Lödde, Hellerup IK, Eslövs BK, Trollenäs IF, Furulunds IK and Råå IF).
