Tromsø IL

Tromsø IL was one of 61 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Tromsø IL, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Tromsø IL could be found in Group 4 together with Hille IF, Falköpings KIK and Emmaboda IS. Tromsø IL continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Djurgården IF FF with 1-3. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Tromsø comes from Tromsø which lies approximately 1400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Tromsø does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Fløya IF, IL Ulfstind, Reinen IL and IF Skarp).
