ED Moratalaz

ED Moratalaz was one of 8 clubs from Spain that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to ED Moratalaz, 171 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof ED Moratalaz could be found in Group 12 together with F.C. Beirut, Syrianska Eskilstuna IF, Torslanda IK 1 and Chico Sporting Club. ED Moratalaz made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against SKF Latvia, which they won with 2-0. Thereby ED Moratalaz won the entire Play off A in Boys 16 during Gothia Cup 2019. ED Moratalaz comes from MADRID which lies approximately 2200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than ED Moratalaz, the club Madrid Panthers does also originate from the area around MADRID.
