IF Elfsborg

In addition to IF Elfsborg, 24 other teams from 11 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IF Elfsborg could be found in Group 3 together with ACBB Paris, Right to Dream and AIK FF. IF Elfsborg continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Örebro SK with 4-5. In the Final, Right to Dream won over TikiTaka Academy and became the winner of Play off A in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). IF Elfsborg also participated in Gothia Trophy (B17) during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in B17E Play off A, but lost it against ASEC with 3-4.
