In addition to JSSL Singapore, 26 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 12. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof JSSL Singapore could be found in Group 4 together with Jönköpings Södra IF, Årjäng IF, FC Djursholm and BK Häcken. JSSL Singapore continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg 2 with 5-6. In the Final, KFV Segeberg 2 won over FC Djursholm and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 12.
