Friska Viljor FC

Friska Viljor FC was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Friska Viljor FC, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Friska Viljor FC could be found in Group 23 together with Rahlstedter, SC 1, Essinge IK and AS Academy. Friska Viljor FC continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hisingsbacka FC with 1-2. In the Final, Kharis Sports Academy won over Greengen FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Friska Viljor FC comes from Örnsköldsvik which lies approximately 720 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Friska Viljor FC, the club Arnäs IF does also originate from the area around Örnsköldsvik.
