Linköpings FF

Linköpings FF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Linköpings FF, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Linköpings FF could be found in Group 39 together with Alnö IF, Gislaveds IS and Maryland United FC. Linköpings FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 39. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hovås-Billdal IF with 3-5. In the Final, DJK Arminia Eilendorf won over Helium FA and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Linköpings comes from Linköping which lies approximately 230 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Linköping does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Mjölby AI/FF, Vikingstad SK, Stångebro United, IFK Norrköping, Sturefors IF, Sleipner, IK, IK Östria Lambohov, BK Ljungsbro/IFK Wreta Kloster, Linghem SK/Tallboda IF and Mantorps FF).
