Nardo FK

Nardo FK was one of 61 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Nardo FK, 88 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Nardo FK could be found in Group 13 together with ATS Buntentor, Lerums IS and IFK Stocksund. Nardo FK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against FC Staffanstorp with 0-4. In the Final, Lerums IS won over Viborg Q and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Nardo FK comes from Trondheim which lies approximately 640 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Trondheim does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Gauldal Fotballklubb, Strindheim IL and Gimse IL).
