Bankeryds SK

Bankeryds SK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Bankeryds SK, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Bankeryds SK could be found in Group 27 together with Ordin FC, Sarpsborg FK and JSC Pitray-Olier Paris. Bankeryds SK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ale United with 0-4. In the Final, Sävedalens IF won over Tidaholms GIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Bankeryds SK comes from Bankeryd which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Bankeryd does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Tidaholms GIF, Mullsjö IF, IK Vista, Jönköpings Södra IF, Husqvarna FF and IFK Tidaholm).
