Jakarta Dragons

Jakarta Dragons was one of four clubs from Indonesia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Jakarta Dragons, 134 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Jakarta Dragons could be found in Group 30 together with Sandvikens AIK, IL Runar 1 and Onsala BK. Jakarta Dragons continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 30. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Monte Libano with 1-2. In the Final, Sävedalens IF won over Tidaholms GIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Jakarta Dragons comes from Jakarta which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Jakarta does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Special Olympics Indonesia and DKI Jakarta).
