Rödeby AIF

Rödeby AIF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Rödeby AIF, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Rödeby AIF could be found in Group 18 together with Skultorps IF, NCE and Hanvikens SK 1. Rödeby AIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Hossmo BK with 2-4. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over Sundsvalls DFF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Rödeby AIF comes from Rödeby which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Rödeby does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Nättraby GoIF, FK Karlskrona and Torsås GoIF).
