Tvärred/Vegby

Tvärred/Vegby was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Tvärred/Vegby, 154 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 38 different groups, whereof Tvärred/Vegby could be found in Group 37 together with Trosvik IF 2, Olympia FC and Fässbergs IF. Tvärred/Vegby continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against SK Sprint-Jeløy 2 with 2-7. In the Final, BK Häcken 1 won over Russell Martin Academy and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. Tvärred/Vegby comes from Vegby which lies approximately 85 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Vegby does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Norrby IF, Sjömarken/Sandareds IF, Brämhults IK, Ulricehamns IFK and Dalstorp/Limmared/Grimsås).
