Forsby FF

Forsby FF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Forsby FF, 88 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Forsby FF could be found in Group 18 together with BK Häcken, Rush Soccer USA and Assi IF. Forsby FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Fylkir with 1-4. In the Final, Jitex Mölndal BK won over Triangelns IK and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Forsby comes from Köping which lies approximately 300 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Köping does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Arboga Södra IF, Skultuna IS, Västerås IK, Syrianska Eskilstuna IF, BK Sport, Skiljebo SK, Eskilstuna United DFF, Eskilstuna City FK, Västerås SK Fotboll and IFK Eskilstuna).
