Förslövs IF

Förslövs IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Förslövs IF, 162 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 40 different groups, whereof Förslövs IF could be found in Group 3 together with Carpe Diem FC, Academy Elite and Sollentuna FK 2. Förslövs IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against V. Frölunda IF 1 with 0-12. In the Final, Ordin FC won over FC Saint Cloud and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 12. Förslövs comes from Forslov which lies approximately 160 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Forslov does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Hittarps IK, Munka-Ljungby IF, Helsingborgs IF, Västra Karups iF, Bjäre United, Halmstads BK, Råå IF, Helsingborg City FC, Vejby IF and Hasslövs IS/Skottorp).
