Jarlabergs IF

Jarlabergs IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Jarlabergs IF, 53 other teams from 10 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof Jarlabergs IF could be found in Group 11 together with SG Borken e.V., Lillestrøm SK and Jitex Mölndal BK 1. Jarlabergs IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against SKF Canada with 2-8. In the Final, NCE won over SKF Canada and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 13. Jarlabergs IF also participated in Girls 12 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in G12 Play off A, but lost it against TJK Legion Tallinn with 0-3. Jarlabergs comes from Nacka which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nacka does also provide 51 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: IFK Lidingö FK, Danderyds SK, Tyresö FF, IFK Österåker, Gustavsbergs IF, Boo FF, IFK Haninge, Älvsjö AIK FF, BK Sport Mix and Vasastan BK).
