Rutviks SK

Rutviks SK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Girls 14. In addition to Rutviks SK, 94 other teams from 13 different countries played in Girls 14. They were divided into 23 different groups, whereof Rutviks SK could be found in Group 22 together with SK Sprint-Jeløy, IFK Klagshamn and BK Sport. Rutviks SK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Kiruna FF with 0-1. In the Final, Södra Sandby IF won over KFV Segeberg and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 14. Rutviks SK comes from Luleå which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Luleå does also provide 9 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Sunderby SK, Bergnäsets AIK, Alviks IK, Lira BK, Hedens IF, FC Luleå/IFK Luleå, Gammelstads IF, FC Norrsken and IFK Luleå).
