In addition to Skiljebo SK, 88 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Skiljebo SK could be found in Group 11 together with Upsala IF, Nordhordland BK and Match Fit Academy. Skiljebo SK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs IF with 1-5. In the Final, Lerums IS won over Viborg Q and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 16. Skiljebo SK also participated in Girls 15 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in G15 Play off A, but lost it against SK Haugar with 1-4.
