Hedens IF

Hedens IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Hedens IF, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Hedens IF could be found in Group 45 together with V. Frölunda IF, Trosvik IF 2 and TA Rennes 1. Hedens IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 45. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Eimsbütteler TV with 0-4. In the Final, Stjarnan 1 won over IFK Haninge and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Hedens comes from Boden which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Boden does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Sunderby SK, Bergnäsets AIK, Alviks IK, Lira BK, FC Luleå/IFK Luleå, Gammelstads IF, Rutviks SK and IFK Luleå).
