Oskarshamns AIK

Oskarshamns AIK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Oskarshamns AIK, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Oskarshamns AIK could be found in Group 27 together with NSA, InterClubes and Stenkullen GoIK. Oskarshamns AIK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against United PDX with 0-4. In the Final, Stjarnan 1 won over IFK Haninge and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Oskarshamns AIK comes from Oskarshamn which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Oskarshamn does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Mönsterås GoIF, Rödsle BK and Högsby IK).
