Gerdskens BK

Gerdskens BK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Gerdskens BK, 221 other teams from 31 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 55 different groups, whereof Gerdskens BK could be found in Group 33 together with Gustavsbergs IF, DJK Arminia Eilendorf and Begby IL. Gerdskens BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 33. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Alingsås IF with 0-1. In the Final, DJK Arminia Eilendorf won over Helium FA and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Gerdskens comes from Alingsås which lies approximately 41 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Alingsås does also provide 36 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Öjersjö IF, IK Kongahälla, Kärra Dragons, Stenkullen GoIK, IF Elfsborg, Ytterby IS, Utbynäs SK, Jonsereds IF, Romelanda UF and Partille IF).
