In addition to the two Torslanda teams, 170 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 42 different groups, whereof Torslanda IK 2 could be found in Group 23 together with Senja, FK, Bosque and St Johns School. Torslanda IK 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 23. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Reinen IL with 0-1. In the Final, Phoenix Football Club won over Beirut FAC and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Torslanda IK also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against Kareby/Kode 1 with 3-4.
