Guldhedens IK

Guldhedens IK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Guldhedens IK, 173 other teams from 24 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 43 different groups, whereof Guldhedens IK could be found in Group 2 together with FH 3, Triangelns IK and CEF 18 Tucuman. Guldhedens IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against KFV Segeberg with 0-6. In the Final, Toledo Celtics won over Phoenix Football Academy and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Guldhedens originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 77 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Öjersjö IF, FC West, Eriksbergs IF, Donsö IS, IK Kongahälla, Ösets BK, Öckerö IF, Södra Skärgården IK, Kärra Dragons and Stenkullen GoIK).
