In addition to Onsala BK, 110 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Onsala BK could be found in Group 27 together with SK Sprint-Jeløy, Vänersborgs FK and South Dartmoor CC. Onsala BK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Djurgården IF FF with 1-4. In the Final, Team Odense Q won over Boo FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Onsala BK also participated in Girls 14 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the final in Play off B, but lost it against FC Hessleholm with 0-1 and ended up in second place.
