IF Elfsborg

In addition to IF Elfsborg, 58 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 14 different groups, whereof IF Elfsborg could be found in Group 14 together with Helgerød/Gøif, Asarums IF/FK and Kungsbacka DFF. IF Elfsborg continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Göteborgs DFF with 0-3. In the Final, Göteborgs DFF won over Vålerenga Fotball and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18.
