Mossens BK

Mossens BK was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Mossens BK, 134 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Mossens BK could be found in Group 10 together with Alta IF, Tramway FC and Gwinnett SA 1. Mossens BK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against AFC Eskilstuna with 1-3. In the Final, Kharis Sports Academy won over Greengen FC and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 18. Mossens BK also participated in Boys 18 during Gothia Cup 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in B18 Play off B, but lost it against NorCal Premier PDP with 0-4. Mossens originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 77 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Öjersjö IF, FC West, Eriksbergs IF, Donsö IS, IK Kongahälla, Ösets BK, Guldhedens IK, Öckerö IF, Södra Skärgården IK and Kärra Dragons).
