Upsala IF was one of 402 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with four teams in Boys 16, Girls 12, Girls 15 and Girls 16 respectively. The team in Girls 12 made it to the the 1/8 Final in Play off A, but lost it against FC Djursholm by 0-6.
In addition to this, Upsala IF have participated in Gothia Cup before. During Gothia Cup 2018, Upsala had 4 teams playing in Boys 12, Boys 16 and Girls 18 respectively. The team in Girls 18 made it to the the 1/16 Final in Play off B, but lost it against AIK FF by 0-2.
