GP de Tavene

GP de Tavene was the only club from Mozambique that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to GP de Tavene, 97 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 24 different groups, whereof GP de Tavene could be found in Group 14 together with Oppsal IF, Boxholms IF and Djurgården IF FF. GP de Tavene continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Lindesberg/GSBK with 0-3. In the Final, Dösjöbro/Vellinge won over Stord Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. The area around does also provide 74 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2018 (Among others: IK Zenith, Kareby/Kode, Kållered SK, Askims IK, Onsala BK, Bollebygds IF, Ytterby IS, Lunden-Överås BK, Särö IK and V. Frölunda IF).
