SKF Lithuania was one of three clubs from Lithuania that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2018. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to SKF Lithuania, 195 other teams from 35 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof SKF Lithuania could be found in Group 19 together with Global Premier Soccer FC Bayern, IF Elfsborg, Knivsta IK 1 and Hittarps IK 2. SKF Lithuania continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Phoenix Football Academy with 1-3. In the Final, Lizzy Football Club won over SKF Bulgaria and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Other than SKF Lithuania, the club Special Olympics Lithuania does also originate from the area around .
